Terms and conditions

These terms establish the ordering process, payment and download of tickets for Dubrovnik City Walls; Fort Lovrijenac; Walls of Ston; Sokol Tower, Dunave; Rector's Palace, Slano through the Web shop of Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiques ( hereinafter reffered to as „Society“).

The terms of the Privacy Policy of the Society shall apply alongside these General terms and conditions for sale and payment of tickets.

Tickets

Through our Webshop Users can purchase ticket types as defined by the Society according to the prices determined by the existing price list established by the Society.

Upon purchasing the tickets from our Website User selects the type and quantity of tickets preferred.

Children under 7 do not pay for the ticket. Children from 7 to 18 pay the children ticket.

The use of purchased ticket is subject to the Terms nad Conditions of Use established by the Society.

Ordering and Payment

User orders the ticket/s by filling an electronic form. Any person ordering the ticket/s, entering required information and sending an order is considered to be a User.

Ticket is considered to be ordered upon User selecting and confirming payment method and sucessfull termination of credit or debit card authorisation process.

Tickets are paid online by using one ot the following credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Diners.

Following the ordering process tickets shall be sent to User's registered e-mail address.

Society cannot be held liable for non delivery of tickets caused by entering incorrect User's registered e-mail address nor for non delivery caused by technical problems on the part of email service providers. Claims for damages resulting from the non-delivery of tickets cannot be accepted by the Society.

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia purchased ticket counts as a receipt.

In case User wants to receive an R-1 invoice, data required for the issuing of R-1 invoice must be entered prior to order placement, confirmation and payment.

The User is liable for the accuracy of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.

Print@home tickets

Print@home is the service of printing tickets purchased through the Website (Print@home ticket).

Each Print@home ticket has got a unique printed 1D barcode.

One Print@home ticket with one 1D barcode is printed for each ticket.

Following the completion of purchase, the User must print the purchased Print@home ticket and present it upon arrival to the chosen site. Exceptionally, in the event of inability to print the Print@home ticket, the User can show it on his/her smartphone.

Subsequent printing of Print@home ticket at the salespoints of the Society is not possible.

Upon the arrival to the chosen site, the User has to scan the Print@home ticket using the Society's entry control devices or show the ticket to the Society's employee in charge of controlling the entry to the site in order to validate and cancel the Print@home ticket.

Any copying, distribution, transfer, publishing or changing the Print@home ticket is forbidden.

In the case of duplicate of a Print@home ticket, the right to admission and validity of the ticket shall be exercised by the first person who scans the Print@home ticket using the ticket scanning devices at the entrance or who presents the said ticket to the Society's employee in charge of ticket control.

The User is responsible for printing and using the Print@home ticket that s/he receives at the registered e-mail address following the completion of purchase procedure through the Website.

The Society and the RAO d.o.o. company shall not be liable for cases of duplicates of Print@home tickets, nor in the case of any other misuse of issued, charged and delivered Print@home tickets.

In the case of transferring the Print@home ticket from the User (buyer) to third parties, these Terms and Conditions shall be transferred and adhered to by any holder of the said ticket.

The User is obliged to inform the person to whom the ticket has been transferred about the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

For all further information about the Society (working hours, sights, events, etc.), as well as the type and manner of ticket use, the User should refer to the official website of the Society.

Purchased ticket cancellation

All orders and acquisitions of tickets through the Website are legally binding and final, and can therefore not be cancelled, modified or upgraded to a different ticket type.

In case Print@home ticket is not used, it is not possible to return it and receive a refund.

Personal data protection

Society respects the privacy of its users and commits to process and protect the personal data collected during the registration and purchase through the web shop in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia regulating personal data protection.

Objections and complaints

All inquiries, objections and complains regarding the ticket purchase through the Webshop of the Society can be e-mailed to: info@citywallsdubrovnik.hr.
